Designed primarily for infants and children, Neptunus Iron Drops required a packaging solution that balanced safety with brand warmth. The client needed a durable outer shell to protect the primary glass bottle from accidental drops and light exposure. Our team delivered a rectangular rounded tin that shifts away from clinical coldness toward a modern, health-focused aesthetic.

Packaging Solution

• Material: Premium 0.23mm food-grade tinplate, offering superior impact resistance and long-term durability.
• Structure: A two-piece rectangular construction with smooth rounded corners and a flush-fit slip lid for secure closure and easy access.
• Printing: A clean white base coat featuring high-definition lithographic printing. The design uses warm red outlines for the child silhouette and repeating “Fe” (Iron) elemental patterns in a soft pink gradient.
• Finish: Finished with a smooth matte varnish to provide a premium tactile feel and reduce fingerprint marks.
• Safety: Features fully curled inward edges (rolled edges) to ensure the packaging is safe for parents and children to handle.
