What does JIAMU manufacture?

JIAMU manufactures custom tinplate packaging — tin boxes, cans and containers for coffee, tea, food, candles, cosmetics and gifts, including custom-shaped tins. We are a B2B manufacturer serving retail, food & beverage and lifestyle brands worldwide.

Can I fully customize the design (shape, size, printing)?

Yes. Through OEM/ODM we customize the size, shape, lid structure, finish and printed artwork to match your brand. You can send us your own design, or we can develop the tin around your product and branding.

Are your tins food-safe?

Yes. Food-grade, food-safe interior coatings are available for tins in direct contact with food and beverages, such as coffee, tea, confectionery and dry goods.

What materials do you use?

We use food-grade tinplate (also known as Weissblech / banda estagnada) with a range of coatings and finishes — matte, glossy, metallic, and embossing — plus airtight lid options for aroma and freshness protection.

What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Our standard minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 5,000 units per design. For special shapes or complex printing the MOQ may vary, so contact us with your project and we will confirm the exact minimum for your item.

Do you provide samples?

Yes. Samples typically take about 7–10 days to produce, so you can check quality, materials and finish before bulk production. Contact us with your requirements to arrange samples.

What is the typical production lead time?

Bulk production usually takes about 30–45 days after the artwork and sample are confirmed, depending on order size and customization. We confirm a clear production and delivery schedule together with your quote.

Do you support OEM / ODM and private label?

Yes. We offer full OEM and ODM production and private-label branding, from artwork and structure through to export-ready packaging.

Do you ship worldwide and handle export?
